High School Program

Welcome to Fulton Science Academy Private School High School Program!

In high school, students have the option of choosing either honors or AP classes. Our college counselor works closely with students to build their four-year plans and implement them successfully. We have built a 40 minute college and career planning period into our daily schedule to include weekly speakers from colleges or businesses, extra writing classes, literacy enrichment classes, college guidance, AP support, and SAT prep. All juniors are assigned a mentor from their identified field of interest to share their expertise and to help students with their portfolios. We also have annual S.T.E.A.M. career day every December to introduce many S.T.E.A.M. fields.

Advanced Placement Program® (AP®) courses are college-level courses offered in high school. AP courses reflect what is taught in top introductory college courses

At the end of course, students take AP Exams—standardized exams that measure how well students have mastered college-level course work. Students who do well on AP Exams can earn credit and/or placement into advanced courses in college.

  • Colleges rank “Grades in college prep courses” and “Strength of curriculum” as the top two factors in the admission decision.
